Captain Coffee is a Registered Business Name (BN98473384) of Best of Show Pty Ltd.  Wherever your read "Captain Coffee" below, Best of Show Pty Ltd promises to be bound too.  The Best of Show Privacy Statement is at www.bestofshow.com and is almost identical to this page. 

Captain Coffees's policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. This policy statement tells you how we collect information from you and how we use it. Up front we must assure you that we guard your details extremely jealously - we will NOT sell, rent nor share them except as detailed here.

The information is held at our offices at 10/50-54 Ninth Ave, Jannali NSW 2226, Australia and may be viewed during business hours. We also have backups which may at times, be off-site. These are ONLY used if we need to recover information. No information is held in any other location or with any other company or person excepting, from time-to-time, as detailed in (5) "Sharing Information" below.

Personal Information that Captain Coffee Gathers

The information we gather from users helps us personalise and continually improve our Services and your experience using these Services. We gather information only as described below.

1. Information You Give Us

We receive and store any information you enter on your Captain Coffee request form or give us in any other way, such as your name and E‑mail address. You may opt in to receive promotions or be notified of further upgrades or Services from Captain Coffee. You can choose not to provide certain information or opt out of such options, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide to customise future Services for you and communicate with you.

2. Credit Card Details

We do NOT store credit card details. When you make payment online we don't even receive them and have NO access to card details. Your credit card details are processed by eWay under their extremely strict security precautions.  See www.eway.com.au for further information. You have substantial security protection under both the Codes that eWay must comply with and the strict Laws of Australia.

The Captain Coffee website is SSL encoded and totally secure to protect your transactions when using the website.

3. Automatic Information

We receive and store information that you send us or information that we may note from public sources such as your web page.

4. Cookie Technology

We ONLY use cookie technology when absolutely necessary - to technically enable site functionality that is essential for our customers' ordering convenience. At no time does Captain Coffee use cookies for any other purpose.

You should be aware though that when you are on the Captain Coffee web site, you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. There are links to other sites from the Captain Coffee web site pages that take you outside our Services. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information.

5. Sharing Information

We are emphatically NOT in the business of selling user information to others. We share user information only as described below.

a. Service Providers

We may contract with service providers to perform some of the functions relating to our Services on our behalf. Our service providers will have access to member information only to the extent that it is required to perform their functions, and they may not use it for other purposes.

b. Business Transactions

As Captain Coffee grows its business, we might sell or buy assets. In such transactions, user information generally is one of the transferred assets. Also, should Captain Coffee or substantially all of its assets be acquired or file for bankruptcy, user information will be one of the assets (we're in good financial shape).

c. Protection of Captain Coffee and Others

We would disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) to Captain Coffee's rights or property, other users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. 6. How You Can Remove Information

You may delete or edit any personal information we may have collected about you (E‑mail address or other registration information, etc.) from our computers by logging into the Members Area in this website & adjusting or deleting your own details there.
